Simple booking and depositprocess
Schedule your service, confirm details, and secure your appointment with a small deposit to get started.

Book your service
All deep cleaningrequire a 50% deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before leaving the property.
Secure deposit
A small deposit reserves your appointment slot. Full payment is due before service begins. We accept flexible payment options to suit you.
We visit your home to understand what you need
Before we start, Natalia conducts a walk-through of your property to assess the size, layout, specific cleaning requirements, and any areas that need special attention. This lets us create an accurate quote tailored to your home and cleaning goals.

Clear and secure access
Clients must ensure clear and safe access to all areas included in the service. Personal belongings and valuables shoud be safely stored. Delays due to lack ag acess may reduse service timeor incur additional charges.
Additional work
If extra cleaning required beyond what was originally agreed, this will be discussed and quoted before processing. Additional charges may apply. In come cases, a separate booking may be required.
Cancellations or rescheduling.
We understand plans change. Here is how we handle additional services, cancellations, and rescheduling so you know exactly what to expect. A minimum 48 hours is required. Cancelations made within 48 hours may result in loss of the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule in unforeseen circumstances.

Health & Safety
Any hazards must be disclosed in advance. Friendly pets are absolutely fine; howeverwe ask the pets are kept out of active work areas where is possible. We may refuse to stop work in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Service limitations
While we aim for excellent results, some stains, damage, or wear may be permanent. Results depending on the condition and materials wothin the property.
